Delete your account
Sign in with the email you use for Glimpo and delete your account from any browser. It takes effect at once and can’t be undone.
What we delete
- Your account and email address, and every signed-in device
- Beta membership, consents and install tokens
- Diagnostics linked to your account
- Support tickets, messages and attached diagnostics
- Linked hubs, and App Store / Google Play plans on the account
- Your waitlist entry and share-to-earn claims
What stays
- Invoices and payment records, kept as tax law requires (see our Privacy Policy)
- Your cameras, recordings and settings: they live on your own hub and phone, never with us. Uninstall the app or reset the hub to remove them.
- Anonymous crash reports, which can’t be traced to you and are deleted after 90 days
Paid plans are not cancelled by deleting the account. Cancel first in Billing (Manage billing), or in App Store / Google Play subscriptions.
In the Glimpo app: Settings → Help & support → Delete account.
